I am a chinese freshman,I want to study at us after two-years study in mainland.But my budget is limited, the maximum is about $40k for two years,could you please provide me some school's name that provide money for international transfer ? It is better to have a strong computer science department. Thank u all!</p>
<p>There is almost no financial aid money for international transfers. What little financial aid exists for internationals is for 4-year students.</p>
<p>If you want to study in the US, a better idea is to finish your undergraduate degree in China, and try to get into a funded graduate program for a master’s/phd.</p>
