<p>Agree with the SUNYs being very good values…but not in warm areas! You might also look at University @ Buffalo, which has a large international student population and a great honors college. UB offers international students merit aid which would bring the total cost, including health insurance (which almost all international students will need), down to around $23K. Afaik, Bing and Geneseo don’t offer merit aid to freshmen students.</p>
