Universities with science majors

I'm looking for good universities or colleges who have great science majors such as genetics, anatomy and physiology or biology. I have a 96 GPA! I know that all universities have science majors, but which ones are the top in these fields?

What exactly do you want to do with science? If it's engineering, well, then Virginia Tech and MIT are good choices. JHU is mediocre at engineering, Harvard's engineering is nothing special.

If it's off to the medical field, Washington and Lee graduates get about 87% acceptance into med school, Amherst gets over 90%, Princeton gets around 90%.

If you want a Ph.D. to go into research, then sorry! I have no first-hand knowledge. As you probably guessed, I live in the east.

The OP said specifically science...nothing engineering related. For good biology related departments look into Penn, Johns Hopkins, Michigan, Washington University, Amherst, Swarthmore, Berkeley, etc..

If you want a PhD to do research, you should go anywhere that lets you do significant undergraduate research.

I don't know of any rankings of undergraduate programs in biology, but the best graduate programs in biology are at Stanford, Harvard, MIT, UC Berkeley, and Johns Hopkins.

The top producers of schools that will get you a Phd in biology are
