Anyone know why it’s taking so long for us? Acceptance students day was yesterday and I still got no email or call or in the mail about my application! I’m so nervous
Me too. I called several times and they said they’re still finishing up applications. I even did the instant decision thing back in November but my scores were sent late so they couldn’t make a decision.
@99girl88 yeah same here. I applied November 15 for early. I think maybe I should call too. I just wanna get in so bad, and since this is my only school, in the emails I’ve sent to ub I’ve stated that but they keep responding with you will know in march.
I live locally too so it’s not like it should be lost in the mail…right?
I called them today and they said that the latest I would get a decision would be late April. This sucks.
Oh my gosh that’s awful. This is not okay. Why are they doing this for our year??
That would mean we only have a few days to accept where we are going and finalizing everything. Ugh. This is awful.

I’m waiting for my response from UB. I received a letter last week thinking that I was accepted, but they wanted to put me into their ACE Program if I still wanted to attend UB. They wanted me to respond before April 15 so I thought I was accepted into UB but had a time limit to join their ACE Program. Before I responded to their letter, I called the admission office about my financial package and their fees. It turns out that I was not accepted yet, but they wanted me to respond to the letter before April 15 so they can review my application even further. They told me that I’ll get their response by the end of April and I’m just scared that I’ll get it after May 1 when all the deadlines are due. D:
@Tekoneko what was your gpa and test scores? Because ace program is for those who basically are undecided and have been for a while. I’m going in as a pre med bio major so idk. My gpa was 3.9 and sat above 2000 and act 24. Still waiting.
I sent them an email yesterday about what is happening so I’ll let you all know if I get an update.
