Also my stats are above the 75th percentile for accepted students to UB and near the 75th percentile for accepted students to the Honors College!

My son received an invitation to apply for the Presidential scholarship, which he just submitted. Does anyone know if that means that he probably got at least a Provost scholarship? We haven’t gotten any financial aid information. My daughter got a Provost scholarship and interviewed for the Presidential, but I can’t remember the order of when she heard. It seems to me that she knew she had a Provost before she interviewed.
@Rkitty1 would you mind sharing your S19’s stats? Our D19 was accepted a few weeks ago and included honors college but no mention so far of any merit or scholarships?
Sure 34 ACT and 1510 SAT. Lots of APs 95 gpa

Shy kid so I don’t know how well he will interview, but if he gets a good provost scholarship, I’ll be very happy.
What are the requirements for the provost scholarship? Also what are the requirements for the other scholarships ?

@thessaly1 they have an Instagram and Snapchat but nothing for 2023 specifically. There are livin communities. I want to be in a health profession living community What’s your sons major again?
I am not sure of the requirements. It’s just something they determine eligibility for depending upon student metrics such as SAT, gpa, etc.
I had applied on 10/26 but i submit required Material after the date of deadline for early action which on 11/30, does it count as early action? I still waiting decision :-<
I was recently accepted as an out of state student. Is UB known for being generous with scholarships? When are we notified about scholarship decisions?
I applied September 21 and got in November 20. About a week ago I got the letter in the mail but today I got another identical letter/packet in the mail and I’m really confused. Did this happen to anyone else?

that happened to us too. it seems they had a lot of glitches with their admissions materials this year
