@TheaterTech, I’m sorry that I don’t know too much about the specific schools, but one way to begin is to print out the required classes for each school and see if one appeals more to your child. Are they BA or BFA programs, because the curriculum for each of those can be quite different. In addition to more non theater classes, a BA program will probably offer the opportunity to double major if that is important to your child. My d does stage management, and she decided not to apply at any Canadian schools because the equity rules are different from the ones in the US and she didn’t think it would crossover well. This may not be true for other tech concentrations, but I don’t know. Indiana (at Bloomington) is the one school on your list that I know has an excellent theater department; hopefully others will know about the rest of the schools.
I also can’t address the individual programs, but I would look at which program puts on the most programs in the school year so that she can get the most hands-on experience. I believe the three state schools all have strong programs.
