University for Aerospace Engineering program

I am interested in Aerospace engineering. and I would like to become an Aerospace engineer in future..
I am thinking Embry-Riddle Daytona beach, Florida tech, Georiga tech, and virgina tech..
Which college is best for Aerospace Engineering program..?

And I heard that Embry-Riddle has #1 of Aerospace engineering program in United States.
But many people said that Embry-Riddle is bad and many students are transfering to other schools..
Is IT true? if so, why they transfer to other school even though Embry has best Aerospace engineering program..?
