<p>If in fact it was sent and you have confirmed SLU does not have it, then your option is to send it again, probably rush. That costs some money but is the simple and fastest way to resolve a true lost score problem. Moroever, I would probably also make a copy of your scores and send it to the college with a letter explaining that it was sent, appears now to be lost, that you are sending another official score but want them to have the copy. That can be done by mail and email if they accept emails (even if email you should send by mail – a real mailed envelope gets opened and reviewed; if the school gets a lot emails everyday and yours is just one of hundreds, it could be overlooked).</p>
