That sounds low for Truman State. You are probably a bit below the 25th percentile for them. But as you will probably be full pay, you still might get in.

This is an interesting article. It is from 2 years ago, an excerpt from the NACAC list of who still had space and was accepting applications at that time. If I were you, I would look at where your SAT is at least close to the average (not much under it), and look them up to see what full cost is (as an international, you may not get any aid). See if any of them are in your cost range. Truman State is on the list, but as mentioned above, your scores are low. I would research these schools, and contact any where the price seems right and your SATs are in the ballpark – even if their websites don’t say so, they may still be taking applications this spring.
