liz_6: I don't think shaker ali will understand what you are saying! you better write proper english here.
I thot= I thought? dat= that? iz=is? coz=because? d=the?.. ok I'm too lazy to write it all again..

andriuxs: I think it is pretty comprehensible but anyways I will stick to proper English from now on.

Is there some sort of overview of all colleges that do not require you to take the toefl? I only studied in the US for one year but I think my English is good enough and that test is ridiculously expensive...

I just told my college I'm fluent enough and they waived it for me. One email may save you $100+!

Well, as I posted in several threads like this, in general, TOEFL is never required for Undergraduates (Only for those who are Native English Speakers or Their medium of instruction in school(s) was english for 5 years..Even if both does NOT qualify, your SAT CR score, if 600 or 650+ (it depends on the University), your TOEFL requirements will be waived at many universities..However, if you don't qualify with ANY case, then I would recommend you to take TOEFL..(As every University will say)..
Ah, and as Haru said, Email is the best solution!..:)..

Um... that guy has supposedly studied two years in the US and can't even speak English properly and you guys are directing him towards Ivies... doesn't quite help him, does it?
