Hi,

My daughter’s status is “Pending” but it also says Crimson Edge. I’m not surprised at Crimson Edge as her test score is not where it needs to be. I have a few questions. Do they automatically sort applicants into Standard or Crimson Edge once all documents are received before making any type of decision? I am wondering if there are applicants who saw Crimson Edge and were later denied or did they see Crimson Edge and were admitted under this program? I’m wondering if seeing Crimson Edge is a good thing or if they automatically bump everyone there who doesn’t meet a certain criteria. Also, does every applicant’s information automatically appear in DegreeWorks? Hers shows up in DegreeWorks.

I’m guessing that if you’re seeing Crimson Edge and pending, that she’s being considered for CE but maybe they’re asking for mid-year grades or maybe another test score attempt?

Ask your local recruiter to look into your child’s status for you.
