How long does it usually take for Alabama to tell you that you’ve been accepted? All my materials have been submitted and were received August 8th.
Usually 2-3 weeks (or less). However, the first acceptances usually don’t come out until early September, even if you applied the first day the application became available.
So my kiddo applied but we haven’t gotten any information about their admissions portal or anything like that- it’s been about a month since he applied. Nothing in email or regular mail…should we call?
@STF4717 did your kid receive a mail notifying him/her the myBama ID? My kid received it and didn’t initially tell me.

Yes, you should call. Last year there was a glitch with my dd’s app and was resolved quickly with a phone call to admissions.
I called and guess what? THEY NEVER GOT THE APPLICATION. We had to redo it. Luckily that is an easy application.
