I think college costs more than most public schools charge.
I think universities are a pride point for states.
I think AZ sports will make bank in the Big 12.
I think a lot of this is just negotiating - with faculty, students, the public.
I’m sure more is to come but it’s not like the school will end.
Now, many schools including privates make cuts - some visible, some not.
But I think it’s waaaay too early to right off the U of A.
