My son has been accepted to both. He plans to major in biochemistry at both and plans to go on to grad school, perhaps premed but also looking at pharmacy and research/academia. With scholarships, costs for both are very similar, Arizona may be a bit less expensive but not significantly. Any thoughts on those programs or folks with experience who might share their impression of either or both would be appreciated. We are very familiar with Tucson, less with Chicago but plan to visit next week.
We visited Chicago last week. The city is fantastic but our son is not much, if any, closer to his decision. He genuinely likes both for different reasons. Any thoughts on this choice would be appreciated.
