It is currently 1:33AM, August 1st, 2018 California Time, and the applications are supposed to open. However when I accessed the site, there was no entry option for “Fall 2019.” Is there a reason why? Should I just wait another day?
You do realize that the application may open August 1 but you cannot submit until November 1? Waiting a little longer will not make a difference.
