What are your experiences with them? Admission process, life at the school, opportunities, the people, etc. Even the weather would be great to hear about!

I'm applying next year and any advice would be great! Plus this is a great thread for people to look back on their experiences and rankings of the college =]

Could you be a bit more specific? There are nine undergrad UC campuses, each with different admissions processes, life at the school, opportunities, people, etc., and even different weather.

Well thats the great thing about these threads, you don’t really have to be specific. Anyone can talk about ANY of their experiences at any school. This way, it’s easier for the class of 2011 to apply next year and figure out which ones they’ll like.
For example, one person may comment and talk about his experiences at UCLA while the other may comment and talk about what he liked/disliked about attending UCSB. It’s completely open to whatever anyone wants to discuss…

Are you out of state?

Are you an international?

Can you pay full-freight? (about $40k-50k per year)

What is your likely major?

Do you like warmer weather or cooler weather?

What are your stats?

Okay… the UCs are… urban, suburban, rural, huge, medium, small, cool weather, warm weather, hot weather, inland, on the beach, Northern California, Central California, Southern California, very selective, moderately selective, selective… :)
