Yes

is the “application complete email” that many of us got this morning a bad sign?

@NietzscheRules maybe it’s a good sign?? Who knows??
Does anyone who didn’t get it think they are a shoo-in??

Did anyone not get the email??

The application complete e-mail means that . . . . your application is complete. Nothing more.

I copied this from the class of 23 thread above.

I’ll repeat some advice that I posted earlier on this thread. Please, for your own benefit, do not try to read anything into any weird or coincidental things that may occur before decisions are posted as a signal that something should be read as an acceptance or rejection. It will only cause other people to think good or bad thoughts that are going to be unrelated to that weird or coincidental thing.

Sit back and think positive thoughts. There is really nothing you can do between now and 4pmish CST to impact the outcome. I’ve been through this with two kids in the past three years. They will be loading a ton of data into their database or dumping a file which will cause the portal site to go a little wiggy. Some will experience things and others won’t and it will not be because somebody got the “Congratulations” message and others got the “Your Great, but we want you to excel elsewhere” message.

Please, use this thread to wish each other luck for the rest of the day.

Anybody else getting the jitters yet?

Honestly, my S is waiting and for him it’s just a normal day. He said if denied he has no regrets and won’t think of it again. He’s confident he’ll find the school for him. If he gets accepted he’ll be very surprised and happy.
Best of luck to all of you !

Best of luck to everyone!

Waitlisted.

Denied.

Anyone get in?

My son got in.

Congrats, I’m sure that is a weight off his/your shoulders!

@CU123 could not agree more!

Cobgratulations!

ACCEPTED, OMG

I was accepted but I never received an email saying that my decision was ready to be viewed, anyone else have this happen?

S19 hasn’t received an e-mail yet, either, but it seems that e-mails always lag the information on the portal by several hours.

Oh ok, thank you!
