<p>If I get accepted into Pitt pre-med (not sure about guaranteed program) and Chicago Which is better because I know that Chicago has a really good med program as well as Pitt.</p>

<p>I know that Pitt is good for sciences/pre-med but I think this is a no brainer. The University of Chicago is well known internationally, extremely unique and one of the very best universities in the U.S.</p>
<p>Yeah, if money and getting accepted aren’t issues, Chicago.</p>
<p>There’s really not a “med program” at Chicago.</p>
<p>Also, if you’re planning on going to med school, remember that the prestige of your undergraduate college counts for very little. What matters most are, if I’m not mistaken, your MCAT scores and your GPA, and let’s just say that Chicago can easily do a number on your GPA if you’re not particularly careful with what classes you choose to take. Yes, med schools do give you a boost if you attend a difficult college; no, the boost isn’t that much. There’s a thread in the UChicago boards that explains this much clearer and in more detail than I ever could, so if you feel like honing those research skills …</p>
<p>On that note, why don’t you wait until you actually get the decisions before you even start to worry about something like this. Don’t count your chickens before they hatch, etc.</p>
