Hey everybody! I am currently an International Baccalaureate senior in Fort Collins, Colorado. I am hoping to major in International Studies/Relations or Asian Studies and learn Hindi. I will hopefully double major or minor this degree with a Public health degree (Global health at UW) or an environmental sustainability degree. My top two choices are UW and CU but i am having a very difficult time deciding which to go to! UW is quite a bit more expensive than CU instate tuition but has a much better international program than CU. Both are similar sizes and any advice would help me tremendously. Additionally, is it possible to apply for student housing in the residence halls without accepting the admission? Thanks a ton!! :]

I have visited both schools and you do indeed have a tough choice! Both campuses are beautiful and located in gorgeous places. I think you need to decide what kind of campus you are looking for: UW is more of an urban campus, located in more of a city. CU is in a smaller town but still with lots to do. What about weather? Do you mind the rain because it will rain a lot in Seattle, guaranteed! What about cost? Can your parents afford to pay the OOS tuition at UW? IF so, maybe you do want to get out of state and attend UW. If not, CU is a great university at a great price for you.
