@hockeybuff17 Me too. I’m so confused. I called admissions yesterday and they said I will receive an answer by April 15th. I questioned that because the letter I received said March 15th. I hate this 
Omg abbyrubycookie I can not believe they said April 15 when.admitted students dates are April 14th and 21st. My son was accepted BUT under what they put as undeclared not his major statistics . He did send a request back on Feb 24 and we are still waiting. This has been very disappointing as we are in state too.We have had other colleges show interest they want him that are out of state and has also offered a 5,000 scholarship to keep the out of state tuition down. Other universities have even called to speak to my son. We have never heard from UD. The admidsions are not very organized. We are trying to stay positive being it is his first choice and it is in state but his 2nd choice is starting to move up … Good luck to those still waiting. I feel your frustration.
@chestnut804 the strange thing is, since December I was able to sign up for the April 14th decision day! I even received an email after signed up saying, congratulations on your acceptance and then it went on to describe the event. At that point I thought I was in but then I was asked for midterms and here I am. I asked admissions to explain why I was able to sign up for decision day. She told me that everyone is able to but then asked me questions about how I did it. Not sure if I should make a stink about it if I don’t get in.
abbyrubycookie I think everyone who were on the March 15 th list should complain to someone in the higher end of UD on the admission process . If my son does not go to UD it is defently on my list to write a letter. I also have a older son who applied a few yeas ago and UD tried to get him to the seed program here in DE… He did not and has been 
at another college out of state .

@chestnut804 I also wasn’t admitted to my initial major. I requested a major change on 2/20 and I got an email today stating that the request has been made and I was in the Exercise Science major. I am also in state. Hopefully, this helps.
nvvsir what was your initial major? The update for your change did not come in your portal it came direct to your email? Wow you too in state and they tried to put you in as undeclared. Hmmm.

My son received march 15th letter, sent in mid year grades on 1/12, (that were a point higher than his three year average), 88.5 uw gpa, ranked 93/527 in his high school, 1190 sat, UD is his top school and he’s been checking the portal everyday and hasn’t seen any movement

My daughter was accepted to honors college at U Del. I would appreciate feedback-reviews on the program. Also she was invited to apply to World Scholars as well as scholars and fellows. Are these programs meaningful? Worthwhile? I welcome any info!
My son’s major (civil engineering) disappeared on 3/6, but nothing yet. He’s been checking constantly since then, but no confetti, no nothing. I’m not sure what to make out of this.
@class22mom Your daughter’s major disappeared the same day as my son’s. Have you heard anything yet?
Does anyone know how rejections are being issued – via the portal or just in the mail?
