@Adhoc17 My son applied to World Scholars and interviewed this afternoon. While at the admitted students day we spoke to several students who spoke highly of the program. Students spend the first semester in Madrid, Rome or New Zealand (which is new for next year) and when they return to campus for the spring semester they are part of an international LLC. The students in the program study abroad their junior year and are encouraged to pursue graduate Fulbright opportunities.
I don’t know much about the other two programs other than the info packet he received.
@chestnut804 my initial major was Exercise Science, however, I was admitted as Athletic Training Interest. The update came through email. I sent my request thru the portal though.
My son’s major also disappeared on Tuesday. 3.8, 1320 SAT. 3 APs (struggled in AP Chem – tough class) and most other classes honors. NHS w/130h service.
