University of Delaware vs RIT for Biomedical Engineering

Hey, so I've finally narrowed my college choices down to UD and RIT; I also got into the honors program for both of these schools. I have some concerns regarding both of these schools, so I was hoping to get some input. In regard to UD, their Biomedical Engineering program, which I would be enrolled in, does not seem very strong and there are not many classes offered for it. In addition, they do not offer concentrations for the major, while other schools, such as RIT, do. In comparison, I was very impressed with RIT's program, but I was concerned about the type of student that goes to RIT being a little bit on the odd side. Everyone at UD seemed happy and loved it there, so I got a better vibe there, but the program at RIT for BME was much more impressive. So I don't know if I got the wrong impression for UD, but I'd appreciate any help or input regarding either of these schools or their BME programs. Thanks!
