University of Florida! Not a safety?

I am instate and a junior.

4.7 UF Academic GPA
4.0 Unweighted(So Far)
Rank 6/500
ACT: 31
PSAT: 199 (So maybe commended)
15 AP Classes, 2 Dual Enrollment classes

120+ Community Service
2 Leadership Positions
Choir-All four years
NHS

What about the honors program? I know my ACT is not high enough, so I will take the SAT and hopefully get a 2070+

You haven’t even taken the real SAT but if you score 2070+ on the real SAT you DEFINITELY should get in.

A 1990 alone is probably enough to get you in with your gpa and course load

I think you have an EXCELLENT shot at getting in, but apparently UF can be arbitrary so I would never consider them an exact safety. I do think you may be able to get into their honors program though! Good luck!

The ACT is about high enough for it to be a low match, since there’s always some variation on who UF takes in your range.

Any more responses?

I have tons of friends who have went to UF. You can get in with a 1700 SAT as a minimum. You have a good course load and stuff. If you want in on it’s 7 year med program or something, I’d aim higher on the SAT-definitely 2000+.
Good luck!
