I (stupidly) started filling out my college applications pretty late in the year (aka a few weeks ago) and am extremely interested in UIC. I really want to go to school in Chicago and this is one of the only schools I could find that had rolling admissions. Unfortunately I found out it does not, in fact, have rolling admissions, but I am still very interested in the school and I found out that the school allows applicants to appeal for late admission (I just need to upload a petition letter/statement). What can I say that will convince the board of admissions to consider my late application? Thank you so much!
