University of Illinois, Case Western, Penn State (University Park), Indiana U.

I have a 3.3 WEIGHTED GPA and went to a competitive high school in Naperville, IL (suburb of Chicago)

31 on the ACT
2 time state qualifier for Speech Team
4 years of Student Council
4 years of Muslim Student Association
4 Outstanding letters of rec.
2 time state AND international competition qualifier for DECA
100 hours of community service (hospital and public library)

I've taken nearly every honors/AP class that my school offers, but my grades are grossly disporportinate. But I have six AP credits, all of them are 4's or 5's.

...and my chances are??

i think it's important for me to elucidate the distinction between how low my GPA really is (3.3 WEIGHTED!!!) and how outstanding (at least in my humble opinion) my EC's and rec's are. Please consider this as well.

Unfortunately, 3 of the 4 schools on your list are very large. The large schools are normally very number driven. I would assume it's the same at UIUC and IU, but I know Penn State UP's decision is 2/3 gpa and 1/3 sat. They barely, if at all, take ECs into account.
