<p>I applied to University of Iowa, it has the option of whether to submit an individual review (essay, rec letters, etc.). I opted that out because I apparently does qualify their published admission requirements, and it says only ones who do not meet them need to send individual review. My question is, is meeting the requirement they give to the public guarantee admission? or they have other unknown selection policies?</p>
