<p>I saw something on the undergraduate admission page that said I could link my teacher/counselor through email so they could upload and file their recommendations online. However, on the actual application page, the Recommendations tab only shows two links, implying that I'm supposed to print out the forms, and have my teacher/counselor fill it out manually. </p>

<p>I've emailed the admissions office but it has been over a week and no response. Does anyone know where I can find the online recommendations?</p>

<p>That wasn’t an option two years ago when I applied. However, I’ll tell you this: if you want an answer at UMD you have to call them. E-mailing does next to nothing unless the person you emailed knows you personally or is your professor/TA.</p>

<p>Of course calling can be a long process, but you will eventually get some kind of answer.</p>
