University of Maryland-easy/difficult to find a summer subletter for a 2BR at the View?

Hi there–we are considering leasing a 2 BR apartment for the 2019-2020 school year at the View. We won’t need it during the summer. We’re wondering if we will have any trouble finding someone to sublet the apartment during the summer. Any thoughts/experiences? Thanks! Carol
