So I just got my admissions decision, but I can’t find the financial aid anywhere. Can anyone tell me where to check it? I click on “View Financial Aid” and it says “Inquiry access denied”. Does that mean they are not offering me any aid? Please help!!!

My S just received a call from a Frost faculty member and was told he did get a scholarship and to check Canelink, but nothing is there! We were also told that most Frost scholarships were posted on Canelink and sent out earlier in the week. Any idea where else to look? We tried with two different computers already.
