another poster on this board said that not a lot of people get straight up rejected from Early Action, compared to accepted or deferred.
People with better stats than me have posted they were deferred, but people in my state have already been notified of deferrals….so hopefully I’m not one of the few straight rejections.
I feel the same exact way.
It’s easy for them to reject a lot of people instead of defer because of their notification date. The beginning of February already gives them a month to look at RD applications. Alrhough there isnt enough time for them to review all of the RD applications, they probably have enough information to know who might fit in the mix and who doesn’t make the cut
I want to find out already!!! 8-|
Anyone know what the time period in between the deferrals and the rest of results was last year?
Whatever. I just want to get into UF anyway now
@kazy11 same but I probably won’t
In NJ … nothing yet … same page I’ve always had. I feel like admissions is reading this thread just messing with us.
has anyone gotten a rejection or acceptance?
I’m in NJ as well.
@nickhart northern or southern jersey?
@rocketboi @nickhart someone said that southern jersey came out but i didnt believe it
@chicacademy are you Out of state? I am. So i’m hoping for the best
@kazy11 yes, I’m in Illinois unfortunately good luck!
I’m from South Jersey and I haven’t received my decision yet.
I was deferred with a 3.4 GPA/1920 SAT and attend the best public school in NJ, if that helps anyone
@chicacademy I’m from Texas
@chicacademy They only accept 3% of Out of State
I live in Northern NJ. I was wondering if people are getting notified by email when their decision, or if you need to actively check the portal. Also, once I’m on the portal, how do I find the decision. Thanks.
