Last year the admissions office denied that the decisions were coming out until they were actually released. The morning of the 26th, they were still denying it if you look back.
Please chance me I haven’t gotten into any schools I applied to yet
OOS if that matters
UW: 3.4
W: 4.87
SAT:1510
ACT:31
EC’s:10/10
bad UW bc I took 16 AP’s and 2 IB Courses total from freshman-senior year
@A1A1A1 Scholarship Weekend invites were sent out as an email in mid-January. I didn’t realize I got mine until I checked my spam… they went to spam for a lot of people… but deadline to register for the weekends was the 25th, so it’s probably too late now… Unless you can call and get an extension to register.
Mj @mileshaley5
@qfcwev190 what schools did you apply to? I think (and hope) your stats are good. Mine are similar with 3.52 UW and 33 ACT.
@qfcwev190 your stats are very good. 3.4 with tons of APs and a 1510 are more than enough for UM.
@ProllyBrokeSoon u dumb u aint getting into the U
Bron = Goat
What are the stats of people who were invited to scholarship weekend?
Will merit aid be included in admissions decision?
Chance me:
GPA: 3.75
ACT: 30 (superscore)
NHS Student, Dual-Citizen (US and Argentina), many sports and service projects.
Called the admissions office. They said EA won’t be coming out until at least the end of the week.
Early action notification should be received lAtest Wednesday I suppose, since EA is late January
I got into Chapel Hill so… Good luck everybody!!!
@ucfdefere Did they mention anything about them waiting to release until early next week or are they pretty certain it’s going to be released at the end of this week?
Also called the undergrad admissions office. They said EA results will come out BEFORE the end of the week! Not sure why the inconsistency (“before” vs “by” according to @ucfdefere’s call )
ALTHOUGH given the other people saying that ED came out on a Monday… wiggles eyebrows mysteriously… the speculation is ever growing… !!!
it might be coming out in 1 hour according to who i spoke with
@remo33 congrats!
how do you know/who did you speak with? (AHHHH!!!)
I just called and a woman in Admissions named Shelley says it will be one day next week. It will be interesting if this is truly the case.
