Is anyone planning to select ED II or are most of you going to select RD? I’m torn since Miami is my top school and I want to demonstrate interest, but I would receive no need-based aid and I am not sure how much merit
probably not going ED. have not been able to visit yet, and that’s a big price tag if no merit comes through, and I think committing is a reason for them to not offer merit. But of course if it’s really top school and you can justify full price, ED is better for acceptance.
D was deferred. It IS her #1. However, we haven’t been able to visit and like stated above, it’s the unknown regarding merit that keeps her from going ED2. Sticking with RD and trying to believe that what’s meant to be will be. Good luck to everyone
