do you know how many people are going to be admitted from the waitlist?

Does anyone know if the waitlist will be used this year and if anyone has gotten off? Im getting anxious having no answers about my status

Likely none. They are overenrolled and waitlisted tens of thousands

They are currently telling local fall admits that they may not get housing

The likely none is an educated guess. The admissions office told me about the over enrollment and the need to not guarantee housing for fall locals.
Do you think they will offer some waitlist applicants acceptance into the spring semester then?

Hi everyone, It’s been confirmed that a girl from a private school in Atlanta was just offered a spot from the waitlist. I guess they’re starting to utilize it now. Good luck to all!

That was a real concern. Admissions has been blurry on the housing “issue” for a while now. Also getting mixed reviews on the student guidance councilors. Hopefully these all get fixed for the next admissions cycles.
