University of Miami, UC - Santa Barbara, Syracuse or Colorado - Boulder

I'm an International student from England and i've narrowed down my search to these colleges. I want to major in psychology, which one would you chose and why?
Any other suggestions?

UCSB–you’ll never want to return to rainy Britain. Boulder–you’ll never want to return to rainy Britain. Really, psychology is good just about anywhere you want to go, and seeing as 3 of your 4 choices are warm, sunny climes, location matters to you. Miami will scorch a white Brit; so, too, might Boulder. UCSB is a hybrid of Boulder and Miami, and the sunsets will blow your mind. But even here there is a marine layer some days; check on the UCSB forum to see how many days of the school year are socked in gray with marine layer. Syracuse is cloudy and much of the year is gray and snowy. You can do that at home. All good schools. Go for the beauty.

Have you been admitted? What’s your budget?
If just prospecting: what are your criteria? Do you need financial aid?
