@followlifesflow Basically your need is not met. You need to look elsewhere if you find it not affordable unless you have a solid reason for FA reconsideration. Do you have an affordable option?
I missed a call yesterday that called ID said “University of Michigan” There was no message- could be that call from professors that was referred to. Seems like something UM would do to the students that they have admitted but have not accepted yet.
Is there really a chance that they won’t release decisions til mid April?
If i havent heard back by this point from getting deferred, should i just expect the rejection?
@jj1999 same question here.
I would use the Ncaa men’s basketball tournament as your guide… Don’t expect anything but try to enjoy the ride. No one knows what will happen. Educate yourself on your other options so when the decision happens you won’t be surprised and you will be in control.
Admission is not done, otherwise they would roll out all the rejection notices.
@jj1999 and @BearGirl92 If you are deferred there is still hope, but as @Knowsstuff said, have a plan B, C and D. Waitlist is another story however. If you are waitlisted it is time to move on.
I don’t think that have sent out any wait list invitation yet.
. . . or rejections for that matter. Instead they just keep stringing kids along.
How difficult is admission into the COE? I know they are very highly ranked, but just wondering if my stats are even competitive… 4.2 W GPA and 32 ACT
@caveatesq They have released a lot of RD admission already while many other RD schools have not released a single. They are not holding back the decision, but rather let admitted students know the outcome earlier.
@doodlebop06 You should start a new chance thread with more details like uwGPA, course rigor, section scores, state residence, etc. CoE is very competitive, particularly for OOS students.
I was just accepted to UCLA…really hope Ross comes through and sees my potentiallllllll
Does anybody know when the next wave is?
If I was deferred and haven’t heard back does it most likely mean a rejection ?
I’m so nervous. If you haven’t heard back yet, does it mean you’re rejected?
@turtledude Not yet. There are still admission to be released.
@billcsho My son has been admitted early in COE. Just wanted to know how difficult it is to get his major CS. He had applied for CS in his application though. Thanks a lot, we are international and a bit anxious about the whole process
@admissionblues Before they change the CS major declaring procedure in the upcoming years, it is not difficult to declare CS major at all.
@billcsho Thanks a lot
