Is it common for umich request my parents’ 2015 taxes and 2015 w-2 form? I already sent in the taxes and they just notified me if I don’t send the w-2 form within 30 days of the email, I won’t be considered for financial aid. I’m worried because if I am not given the estimated award, I will not be able to afford to go there.
It doesn’t matter what they ask of someone else. They are requesting info from you and your family. You financial aid for school year 2017-3018 will be based on 3015 tax information so yes, they need the information
. You now have 2 options: fulfill the request and turn in the requested documents or don’t get aid. Please send your oarent’s W-2s
