Accepted into LSA at 3:27 today. I didn’t send a follow up email or my second semester grades.
My unweighted gpa 3.97 and weighted is a 4.178 but my ACT was only a 27
Hey guys! New to this thread. I am a legacy international applicant as my brother currently attends Umich. i was initially deferred from COE. I sent in a letter of continued interest to the admission’s counsellor and got that standard reply. I haven’t received a decision till now…is this a bad sign???
i am an international student too i applied for COE i was deferred initially as well didn’t receive anything now.
I am also wondering if any of the COE applicants who got in applied for industrial engineering??
If you guys didn’t get in yet, don’t worry! They release more and more desicions each week.

International applicant. ACT 33, SAT 2110, SAT 2 800 Math level 2, 780 Physics. Runners up at NASA competitions, President of various clubs, co-founder of NGO, received letter of appreciation from govt etc etc.
@RugbyDude6 - Are you sure about “every” Friday decisions are released?
I sent an email of continued interest a long time ago… but I didn’t get a response so I sent another today. Still haven’t heard

You should call whoever you emailed. That’s what I did and then she finally replied to my email. Sometime they get inundated with emails and can’t read them for a while, but if you call them, they will prioritize your email first.
What did you say when you called?
Has anyone been rejected in the first wave of results ? Also is there still a good chance of getting in after the first wave of descions?
When I called, I said my name and UMID number then i told her I sent a letter of interest a while ago but didn’t get a reply. She said she would take a look at it right then after I end the phone call. And about an hour later, I got the standard reply that most people have gotten.

I have been checking WA for a while now but the server has been down so I haven’t been able to access it. Is this happening to anyone else?
On Saturdays WA goes down at 11 and goes back online at 7:30 AM Sunday morning.
I sent my email around the beginning of January. Got a reply within like 15-20 minutes after sending it.
