@Sandshrew I applied to LSA. Have there ever been any cases where people got letters after the 24th?
I applied to LSA. I’m thinking since they got so many applications this year they couldn’t finish in time. It’s just weird that they kept stressing that the 24th is the day we would find out and there’s still nothing available.

What email did you write your letter of interest to?
For those that still have not seen an update in WA or receive any e-mail, check if it said “EA qaulified” or “EA requested” in your application. If it is not "EA qualified’, you are not in the EA pool.
It’s probably because they have a lot of applicants. I applied to Stamps and I thought maybe it just took longer because they have to review a portfolio too, or maybe since I emailed them to let them know about a contest result recently that it got put in a pile to review again but its strange.
@billcsho It still says EA qualified on WA, do you know if that would change if we got deferred?

Are any of you invited to attend the Top Scholar Admitted Students Weekend for Engineering?
@dsohn45 I was invited for the Top Scholar Weekend and will be attending. However, I am not sure how many people got the invitation. I heard from a friend that the top 10-25 percent of the admitted EA engineering class is invited. It seems prestigious.
@bunnicula23 , when did you get the invitation? Was it by email, on the web site or in the packet?
@TooOld4School I received an invitation through snail mail on Dec. 24. There is a cap at 50 scholars.
They do have quota on that kind of event. Reply ASAP if you really want to go.
Have you guys already received your acceptance packets? I haven’t gotten anything yet.

I was also invited to the Scholar Weekend of Engineering and am registered to attend!
