University of Michigan majoring

So as of now, I am looking into doing a biology and english double major. I know that there are some schools that actually encourage majoring in very different disciples and some that are not so open. How open to doing that would U of M be? And I don't mean if I'll be able to do it or not but just how accepting of that would Michigan be?

Double majoring within the college of LSA is very common. Biology and English is a common double major.
