low chance, your SAT score is significantly lower than the average of these schools. (NYU STERN Average 1468)(Ross 1450).
Your gpa is also significantly lower than the admission average. Ross average 3.86.
Your ECs are decent, but not good enough to compensate your stats.
Good luck and happy holidays
Got into stern recently ED had 3.76 gpa and 1530 SAT. Basically what this guy said ^. Chances very low, but good luck bro.
I disagree. Stern would definitely be a reach because you’re below average but UMich has definitely accepted students with similar stats. The Ross expectations for in state students are much lower than their reported average. Good luck and take the ACT again to improve your chances!
At least on this website, I’ve not noted any student, instate or OOS, that was accepted to UMich with a GPA below 3.7, to any college at UMich. But this website’s student stats skew higher than the general public. And students posting here represent a small subset of the general population of students who apply each year to UMich. The two most important factors in the admissions decision is uwGPA and course rigor.
I’d speak with your GC, especially since your school is a UMich feeder. The GC will give you a better indication than we could here.
