<p>I stressed in my essays that Michigan has always been my first choice and that the program here doesn't suit my interests. I had them edited by a few of my michigan friends and I think they're pretty strong. </p>

<p>I go to Michigan State as a freshman too! I always wanted to go to Michigan, but like you was wait listed. I just got invited into the honors college for this semester. Here’s my stuff:
4.0 College GPA
14 credits in the books (17 pending) 40total
MSU Finance Association
Volunteering at Ross Business School
Some Chorus in Lansing
Working as a Teller at a bank currently. </p>
<p>High School:
3.72 GPA
31 ACT
AP and Honors classes
National Honor Society
Choir President
Varsity Football and Golf
All-State Academics in both etc. </p>
<p>I think we have a good chance, but I applied on 12/21. I got two letters of rec from professors and one from my high school principle. </p>
