coop--how many college credits did you have???

thanks!!

I had quite a few actually..... like 70 and about 65 that transfered over. So I was above the limit a little bit, but they simply sent me a letter that said I would need to take a minimum of 60 credits if I choose to attend U of M.

how many do you have?

about 35...the admit person I spoke to about my deferral said they prefer junior standing transfers...wish I had known that

coop which college are you attending right now?

I have a question...

Around how hard is it to get into Ross as an OOS?

Like what is generally expected from a typical OOS applicant? GPA and SAT range?

Thank you

EDIT: I just realized they don't take soph. applicants....

wow you guys already got admissions? i'm getting so nervous right now.
I'm LSA applicant and I sent my package on January. all i have to do is just sit behind the desk and check the website if it is updated. if i got no message by the end of this month, does it mean im not accepted?

No. You applied at the end of Jan right? That means, 4 weeks in Feb, 4 weeks in March, 4 weeks in April. At the very latest, I'd say end of April.

It does say 10-12 weeks.

Trivia:

I think you can apply to Ross in the spring semester of your sophomore year. They have a 3 year program though, which means you'll be graduating in 5 years.

^ correct, I think like after a certain amount of credits they won't let you in (60? or something)

just speculation, I haven't talked to Ross in awhile so I don't remember exactly

Oh damn...does it mean that I can't apply to Ross if I have more than 60 credits at the end of my sophomore year? At the moment I have 50 credits and I'm still a freshman.

I got accepted in the middle of March, I submitted my app in mid February and my college transcript arrived on March 2.

You can apply with a lot of credits and get accepted, but then you would need to stay at UMich for at least 2 years...so you won't graduate on time.

Hey Bronx,

Right now I am a third year at Eastern Michigan Univ. I will be LSA in the fall at UM.

I was accepted as well. I'm a current freshman....app was turned in Jan 24th, but they lost my transcripts so my app was completed Feb 22nd.

I hate their admissions office

I sent my application on Feb. 28th (yes, the last day; how I procrastinate), and I got my acceptance letter today for LSA! I'll definitely be attending. I'm sick to death of my current university.

Any deferrals please post when you get a final decision.

finally i got "VIEW DESICION" link at my wolveline access and I think I'm rejected. It says "the decision will be arriving in the mail." I heard if accepted, there will be some greetings like "congratulation" at the decision link. am I getting right?

blastah...were you deferred, or is this the first decision they're giving you??

wait.... i thought "the decision will be arriving in the mail" is rejection....
