University of Michigan - U Of M - Not accepting Winter transfer Students?

<p>I have heard that this winter Michigan is not accepting transfers for undergraduate. but they only will accept students for psych majors, which doesn't make sense because they make no decision based on major? anyone actually know about this?</p>
