Hi, I applied to the CBS (biology major) with the Golden Gopher application in August and I haven’t heard anything yet, even though decisions started in October. I am kind of in-state? I live in Wisconsin and get reciprocity so… I also didn’t write any essays because of the Golden Gopher application, so I don’t know if that helped or hurt me.

UW GPA: 3.76
WGPA: around 4.2-4.3

Honors classes include: AP Calculus, AP Biology, AP Lang, AP Lit, Precalculus (dual credit w/ local college), Spanish 3-5, Concert Choir (2 years, top choir at school and is very selective), College Prep Chem, Human Anatomy, Biology 2, multiple others

Jazz and madrigal group, audition only- 3 years
Sunday School helper- 2 years
Worship team- 4 years (technically since 6th grade, but…)

This was originally one of my safety schools but now I’m doubting myself because several other people from my school have already been accepted (and from what I know, they had lower ACT scores than me).
