Hi,

I have a 3.67 GPA (UW) and 28 on the ACT. I’m in a lot of AP/Honors Classes, approx. 5 per year.
I am a Varsity tennis player and am also captain of the team. I participated in golf for 2 years. I am also in Speech and DECA.
I am in National French Honor Society and Tri-M. I participate in the musicals in my school, (6 shows). I am also a camp counselor for a theatre camp in my community. I volunteer a lot and have 50+ hours, as well as a job in the summer where I coach tennis.

I am planning on applying to both of these schools, either in their college of business or science (computer science).

What are my chances of getting in?

I’m in the same boat as you basically. I have a 3.694 GPA and a 30 ACT, I have just as many extracurriculars… obviously just different things. I’m extremely nervous about my chances. I’m a Minnesota student as well. I would say that your chances of getting in depend on whether or not you live in Wisconsin or Minnesota, how you compare to other students in your school, and how you come across to your admissions counselor. You are in the range for accepted students… usually a 3.7-3.9 GPA and a 27-31 on the ACT. Good luck!

What about with similar stats as above but from a desirable OOS County??? Is it easier or OOS?
