**University of Pennsylvania Fall 2017 Transfer Thread**

@VaishS I really hope you get in, you definitely want it

@greysanatomy3113 I don’t really understand your acronyms D: I didn’t get any email from Penn though, I’m applying to CAS.

@PixelTomato he/shes talking about having a guaranteed transfer option for college of arts and science at Cornell

@student23456543 aww thank you <3

@VaishS thanks for the clarification! @greysanatomy3113 I didn’t get a guaranteed transfer option. I think that’s only if you’re applying as a freshman? I know another girl who got accepted into Cornell via that.

As a side note, totally ready to be rejected today. Hahaha.

Six hours!

Sounds sappy, but everyone please know your value as a person and as an academic will not be determined by the decision announced tonight. Some of us will be accepted, many will not, and life will move on. It WILL be okay.

Good luck to all!

@VaishS Yea I have some friends at Penn as well, and I’ve visited a few times. Really love the campus, culture, and surrounding city. Last time I was there we went to a BYO which was a lot of fun (maybe too much fun, as I didn’t make it to the party we were supposed to go to afterwards haha).

At 5:02 PM, I will return to this thread to inform you all of my acceptance. Joking aside, best of luck to all of you!

I spent too much time on this site

just got rejected by cornell  now upenn rejection left to go!!

The anxiety is unreal right now.

Same, I also got rejected by Cornell today as well…
what a heavy day

How many people are applying to Wharton tho? haha

What up y’all. I’ve been lowkey looking at this thread for several days now haha

good luck everyone!

Three hours…

@VaishS I totally feel that! Like for the past few months it’s been a possibility to think of but if it’s a rejection it’s no longer a possibility

Whatever happens happens. I’m sure you will be accepted to a good school or are already at a good school. We tend to idealize certain colleges because people tell us we should. In short, whether we are rejected or accepted will not matter in the long run.

That being said, Penn is a great school and I wish you all the best of luck.

¯_(ツ)_/¯ whatever man. Just gonna let it be.
