Daughter accepted Wharton ! Go Quakers
Congrats to all of you people who got accepted!!! That is so exciting. I got flat-out rejected, not even waitlisted. I guess Penn didn’t want me at all. Sad since it’s such an amazing school. Oh well. Congrats to everyone again
Guys, I got waitlisted with the snail mail. What do you think went wrong? It seems like everyone else got accepted with the snail mail :’( Penn is truly a dream of mine
I was accepted with the snail mail! @Y2JRedskins it may be that they hadn’t finalized your decision by the time the initial letter went out, and did afterwards. I am sorry to hear it.
@nerdbregade Thanks for the kind words. I’m just really sad because it seems like every single other person on the snail mail thread got in! Do you think maybe they identified me by my college confidential account? I really don’t know what to think.
demoralized
Guys!!! Please go to the **OFFICIAL UPENN CLASS OF 2021 RD RESULTS and help the underclassmen!

Accepted! What are the next steps for some social networking y’all
I don’t know how, but I’ve been accepted (SEAS)! Had no hope for admission to Penn as I have been waitlisted by schools 2-3 times less selective i.e. Carnegie Mellon, Bucknell, Lehigh and rejected by Cornell. My stats are average for a Penn freshman. Must have sparked someone’s interest in the Penn Admissions Office.
Admitted to the VIPER program
Is there any financial aid for those accepted off the waitlist?
accepted! for those who got financial aid, when and how did you get your financial aid info?
@Wait4Notification there’s a link on the left of the “Congratulations” video that says Penn Plan Online.
Accepted! I did not have the snail mail but I was missing some financial information. I had a 28 ACT and a 1330 SAT, with a 4.0 UW GPA. I’m an URM and I’m a National Hispanic Scholar.
Where can we check to see if we got into a dual degree program? It doesn’t say anything, no acceptance, no rejection, about that on my portal
thanks! @pmegmxn I am here because of my son. So you meant he could look at what he was offered regarding financial aid from his account @UPenn?
Are the financial packages available? It appears that we received nothing which makes no sense.
So happy! DD got accepted to Penn (waitlisted to 2 other Ivys) and is so happy. I can honestly say that one needs to follow their passion and do things they love to do - not things specifically for college. My daughter NEVER did anything just for college…not the activities or classes. I do think that shines through. She has no hooks, but had a solid GPA, 36 ACT and followed her passions. She was only denied one Ivy and accepted at all other schools applied too - UVA, Vanderbilt, Michigan, CAL, etc. Follow your passions and be true to yourself!
D accepted! Received snail mail about two weeks before the decision date.
