EastCoast1, my son has a 4.7 WGPA, an ACT score of 34, will have 7 AP courses by graduation, and he’s in the top 5% of his class. He is very involved in his school community and holds several club positions (ie: President of Student Council, etc). Hope that helps!

Are these act/sat scores from one test or superscored? Pitt wants you to send all scores from act and/or sat, correct?

Last year, they started to give out acceptances about now, but didn’t start giving out merit scholarships until mid-November.

I applied in June & had all my materials submitted by July 1st. Do you guys think that I will get my admission decision this week?

I only took the sat once but I think they want all scores.

mommdc, my son did better on the ACT than the SAT so he only sent his ACT scores (he took it twice). I spoke with someone in admissions and they told me that they only use the Composite, English, and Math scores from the ACT. They convert those into equivalent SAT scores to be used for acceptance/merit scholarships.

Chelsey123, my son’s application was completed in June and he received his acceptance on the 22nd so hopefully you’ll hear this week. Good luck!
