Has anyone heard when / if they will release new acceptances before the new year?
No. I donât know the exact dateâŠbut we were told by one of the admissions officers that decisions are not released every dayâŠrather, âtypically 1-2 times per weekâ.
Waiting is hard. I wish we just knew exactly when each kid would hear!
DD applied late Nov and hasnât heard anything - 2 of her classmates already got accepted. We were worried but looks like there are others who havenât heard either. Fingers crossed!
All the best to everyone for 2023!
We are in the same boat! Hoping to hear something soon
We still havenât heard regarding my son but a classmate heard a few weeks back that she was accepted into the nursing program.
Still waiting on EA decisionâŠanyone know when next wave will be ?
We are eager for this one - got so excited when I saw a post on this thread! I think lots of folks are still waiting - I just keep clinging to the certainty that I know our daughter is a strong candidate . . .
My daughter has a few friends that heard in December so itâs been tough
For those who havenât heard from URI (like my son), where else has your child applied, and has your child heard from other schools?
My son applied to the University of Vermont, UMaine, Emmanuel, Providence College, UMass-Dartmouth, Xavier University, URI, and Bryant University.
My son heard from UMaine, UMass-Dartmouth, and Xavier University.
So far shes heard from ULowell, Elon, Ohio State. Waiting on UDel, Umaryland, UMass and URI
While we heard from URI, my daughter also heard from Vermont, UNE, and Keene. Nothing from UMass-Amherst or UNH.
We heard from College of Charleston, University of Scranton, Quinnipiac, Delaware,SUNY Oneonata, SUNY Cortland, Towson.
Still waiting on URI, UMass , JMU, Fairfield

I really hoped they would release another wave today
Me too. I had read somewhere that last year on 1/5 another wave was releasedâŠwas hopeful it would be the same this year!
