Is it a good school? I think I'll be able to get in when the time comes (only a sophomore). I really like the atmosphere of Virginia.

As of now I think I want to major in Marketing, which seems nice there, but if I decide to go with Finance, they seem to have nice program also.

Only problem is I'm OOS and the tuition is pretty steep, which is a major concern.

Richmond is not a state school , it is a private school and I believe tuition is the same instate and OOS.Admission is need blind and they say they meet 100% of demonstrated need.

Richmond is an excellent school , and an excellent business school.
Ranked No. 15 nationally among undergraduate business programs by BusinessWeek and No. 32 on the list of best liberal arts colleges in the nation by U.S. News & World Report.

The school of business is named after E. Claiborne Robins Sr , as are many other things at Richmond. Mr Robins , gave a huge gift many years ago to the University.

“The Giftthe familys largely unrestricted donation of $40 million along with a $10 million challenge grant in 1969. No other living benefactor at the time had made as large a contribution to an American university. Adjusting for inflation, the $50 million gift would be worth $293 million in todays dollars.
The Universitys endowment grew to $1.57 billion as of Sept. 30, 2009.”
